Gary and Cinda originally purchased the property with running a truck pulling company in mind. In March of 1991 they opened an indoor carpet track, and soon after in November of that same year an outdoor tri-oval dirt track was built to the end of the property. The following year the first dirt oval was built with an off road course in the center. In 2000 they filled the center with concrete for another smaller oval. That changed later for in May of 2002 the asphalt banked oval was built. Today the dirt oval is in it's third version.
